Raising
eight children alone in the shadow of her husband's incapacitating
illness, Sarah was suffering on all fronts. Money for much needed

compound the problem, Sarah a young woman in her 30’s, suffered from

implants was not only too costly but completely out of the question
when her family couldn't afford milk.
